-Basic Rules-
1) Absolutely no nudity in a pornographic matter.
2) No racial/personal slurs. You have the right to speak your mind; just not like that.
3) No spam.
4) No double posting. There is an Edit button for a reason, Example of what not to do:
Forum User: I likehlf-life-2RP.
Forum User: I mean I like Half-Life 2RP.
5) No Necroposting. (Ex: Posting in a year-old thread). This rule is effective when the thread reaches 2 weeks of age. *In some cases, this rule may be bypassed, specifically in Ban Requests, Ban Appeals, and Applications. For more details.
6) Do not post any illegal content or warez onto the sight or anything that may involve a copyright infringement, for we do not endorse piracy.
7) Respect the authorities and do what you're told.
8) No Flaming (or bashing).
9) If someone says something such as an acronym that may mean the same thing as an acronym that means something inappropriate such as the below example, don't jump on it:
Forum User: You just DP'd!
Forum User #2: LOLOLOL DP'D MEANS THAT THEY WERE FUCKED FROM BOTH SIDES LOLOLOL
10) Please do not advertise on our forums.
11) No trolling.
12) Try to use the treat-others-the-way-you-want-to-be-treated system.
13) Post your thread in a relevant section, please.
14) Do not make a duplicate account for any reason.
15) Do not rage in all capital letters (Flaming) anywhere in the forum. If you have something to shout, just use an exclamation mark (!).
16) Do not pose as an Administrator.
17) Do not directly threaten other community members. You will receive a severe punishment depending on the threat.
Forum User: Forum User #2, what was that all about? You don't need to be hostile towards me.
Forum User #2: I can do whatever I want.
Forum User #3: "Forum User #2: I can do whatever I want." No you can't.
Forum User #2: Shut up before I DDoS your ass.
18) Do not attempt in any way to hack our community. You will be permanently IP banned from the MRP Community Board and the MRP Public Servers.
19) Keep cursing to a minimum, and don't forget that the age range of users is rather large...
20) Don't post anything of irrelevance (off-topic) in a thread or purposely derail it. This also applies to correcting grammar mistakes without on-topic text in your post.
21) Don't bump threads with a double (or more) post and do not bump threads that have been posted in two hours or fewer ago. The Double Post rule may be bypassed in applications and unban appeals/ban requests if it needs a necropost due to the thread being ignored.
22) You can necropost on all applications to support or -support them.
23) Do NOT post in a Membership/Adminship application thread after it was Accepted or Declined.
24) Do NOT -Support a Membership application for bad/poor/terrible grammar unless it is completely unreadable. You may only do so when it involves an application for a rank higher than Membership. For Admin applications and things in that category, only mild mistakes are acceptable.
25) No de-repping for petty things such as (-Supporting your application, disagreeing with you, etc. The administrator can class your excuse as petty within reason.)
Important: You should become a official member first before applying for administration status in any shape or form. If you want to be the president of a country, you would need to have citizenship. If you are a member and you feel that you are trusted enough and have enough experience in Meridian-RP (2-3 weeks), feel free to give it a shot. If you do, however, apply without official membership, your application is highly vulnerable to declination. Be warned.
