You should become a official member first before applying. If you want to be the president of a country, don't you think you'd need citizenship first?
If you are a official member and you feel you are trusted enough and have enough experience in Meridian-RP (2-3 weeks), you are free to give it a shot.
Remember:
-Failure to use this form will result in your application being locked and not being taken note of.
-You should at least have proper spelling in your application. While we appreciate English may not be your first language, making the effort to run it through a spelling and grammar checker makes life easier for us.
-Your application should have at least two full paragraphs for each section (unless stated otherwise), preferably at least 700 words total.
-Over all, you should check your application through three times to make sure it is readable and fulfils all of the requirements.
-There is no specific number of supports you need to get it accepted.
